We need your brand brief: who you are, what the ad is for, your target audience, the message you want to convey, and any visual references. A 15-minute call usually covers everything. You don't need to provide scripts, visuals, or any production assets — we handle all of it.
Our primary focus is digital: YouTube, Instagram, OTT platforms, and programmatic. For TV broadcast, we can deliver in TV-safe formats (25fps, specific audio specs). Broadcast regulatory clearances (BARC, ASCI) remain the client's responsibility, but we support you with the technical specs needed.

You do. Once full payment is received, all rights to the final deliverable transfer to you. We retain the right to show the work in our portfolio unless you specifically request confidentiality (like Zepto's internal work). We'll always discuss this upfront.
